Perfect location, close to shopping malls, business centers, main attractions, and great restaurants. the cafe serving breakfast was just a stone's throw away. 🌟

Enjoyed the way our standard king room was arranged. A hairdryer, guest toiletries and towels was a plus. The location was magnificent, close to the mountains overlooking city.

Even though everything was excellent, some of the staff were not so helpful.

I had plenty of room and was upgraded without cost.

Breakfast was very ordinary so I did not stay. Hotel generslly looks a little worn and tired from the street.

The place is pretty clean and decent, offering some nice views of the Koke Tobe mountains. Their restaurant is a great spot for breakfast! 🌄

Location adjacent to the garden, airport, and the center. Climate control, multi-channel television and ironing facilities in the room, great and excellent location. A view of mountain from my window: )

My stay was great, and I can't wait to come back. A well-maintained and fine hotel. - the staff was particularly helpful. - the property was in a good location, just a short walk to the outskirts of town, Dostyk Plaza, and Almaty 2 train station.

This hotel is great value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident, from the nicely furnished rooms to the basic amenities provided. Speaking of the rooms, they offer fantastic views, allowing you to take in the beauty of the surroundings. The rain shower in the bath adds a touch of luxury to your stay. One highlight of my visit was the enjoyable breakfast served in the garden, offering a perfect view to start the day.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was excellent with a bathtub, all in a good location near Kok Tobe Mountain.

In addition, the breakfast was tasty and there were a good range of options to choose from. The hotel is located in a great spot, with easy access to transportation and many popular restaurants nearby. The parking facilities were also impressive, and we had no issues finding a spot to park during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our visit.

The hotel offers great value for money. the spacious and clean rooms are well, maintained and provide basic amenities. the Wi, Fi is free and has good speed, which was very useful for me. the hotel had a dining area with a nice view of the mountains , it was a perfect spot for breakfast. they provided one free airport transfer, which was highly appreciated.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the main attractions and restaurants. Another disadvantage was the absence of complimentary water in the room.

The housekeepers were excellent, spacious room with nice view, walkable distance to attractions, nice and friendly host, good room service and breakfast.

With all the positive aspects mentioned, it's hard to find any fault with this hotel. But, as with any place, there is always room for improvement.

The rooms were spacious and had two balconies which was a nice surprise. The location was on the edge of the downtown which had its advantages, there was less noise and less light at night. The staff also did a good job making sure everything was clean.

The breakfast was not good at all, there was very little variety and it seemed like they used the cheapest products. , if you wanted bean coffee or anything special, it was at an extra cost.
